I take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging. It's like getting ready for a race. My goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals whatever they may be. I assess your body type, health history, exercise experience and goals to create your individualized fitness plan. I work with all age groups and can help with many different fitness goals. Whether you want to compete in your first Spartan race, continue with rehabbing an injury, or just loose some weight, I have you covered. I've worked with off-road racers, post-CVA clients, high school athletes and seniors. If you're not in the Prescott area, I also write programs and can help you with your fitness online.
With many years of health, fitness and training experience, I'm capable of assessing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for my clients. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals. I'm an ACSM certified personal trainer, and have certifications for HIT, treatment of muscle imbalances, and corrective exercise. I'm also the area's only functional aging specialist.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle. Whether we are working one-on-one or I am creating an online program for you, I will help you lay a foundation that you can build a life long relationship with.
